2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- You own or have legal authorization to manage the website(s) for which you seek our services.
- Your website content and business operations comply with applicable laws.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and necessary login credentials for website access.
- Maintain up-to-date contact and billing information.
- Ensure that any third-party plugins, themes, or software you use are properly licensed.
- Regularly review service updates, reports, or recommendations provided by WP Masters.
WP Masters is not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized changes to your website, unlicensed software, or third-party interference.
4. Payment & Billing
- Subscription Plans: Our services are available on a recurring subscription basis, billed monthly or annually.
- One-Time Services: Some services, such as website audits or custom development, require a one-time payment.
- Payment Method: Payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers.
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you. Service may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice. Any changes will apply to the next billing cycle.
5. Refund Policy
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of a new subscription, you may request a full refund.
- No Refunds for One-Time Services: Payments for one-time services, such as website audits or custom development, are non-refundable.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused service periods.
6. Service Limitations & Exclusions
While we strive to provide comprehensive WordPress support, our services do not include:
- Support for non-WordPress websites.
- Fixing issues caused by illegal or malicious activities.
- Rebuilding websites that have been severely damaged due to hacking or unauthorized modifications.
- Training on WordPress usage beyond technical support.
- Unlimited custom development work unless explicitly included in your plan.
If a requested service falls outside the scope of your plan, we will provide an estimate for additional work before proceeding.
7. Service Availability & Response Times
- Support Response Times: Response times vary by plan level, with priority given to higher-tier plans.
- Business Hours: Support is available during standard business hours, with emergency assistance available 24/7 for critical website issues.
- Scheduled Maintenance: Some services may require temporary website downtime. We will notify you in advance whenever possible.
8. Security & Data Protection
We take website security seriously, but:
- We cannot guarantee that any website will be 100% immune to attacks.
- We implement best-practice security measures to minimize risks.
- You are responsible for maintaining secure login credentials and following recommended security practices.
If your website is hacked or compromised, we will assist with recovery efforts as part of your plan (where applicable).
9. Website Hosting (If Applicable)
If you host your website with WP Masters:
- You must comply with our hosting policies regarding bandwidth, storage, and fair usage.
- We reserve the right to suspend hosting services if your site poses a security risk or violates legal standards.
- You are responsible for any third-party licensing fees for software used on your hosted site.
Hosting services are provided on a best-effort basis, and we are not liable for interruptions caused by external factors beyond our control.
10. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of all website content, branding, and intellectual property.
- Any custom development or design work completed by WP Masters may be licensed for your use, but ownership rights remain with WP Masters unless agreed otherwise.
- You grant WP Masters a non-exclusive, limited license to use your website for promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio showcases) unless you request otherwise.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Your account remains unpaid beyond the grace period.
- Your website engages in illegal activities or hosts prohibited content.
In cases of termination, you will be notified, and access to services will be revoked after the current billing cycle.
12. Limitation of Liability
WP Masters is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, traffic, or business due to website downtime, hacks, or third-party software failures.
- Issues arising from client actions, including unauthorized changes or installations.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 3 months.
13. Changes to These Terms
WP Masters may update these Terms at any time. If significant changes occur, we will notify you via email or on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
